Energy never lies. I read between the lines, move between the veils, and speak the language of transformation.

For over 17 years, I stood on the front lines with the NYPD, with my final assignment as an Intimate Partner Violence Officer holding space for those breaking free from cycles of harm. I saw firsthand that transformation is raw, messy and absolutely possible. That the body remembers and the Spirit can be set free.

Now, as a Traveling Transformation Artist, I guide others through their own rebirth—whether through movement, EFT tapping or channeling messages from the unseen. I help you shed what no longer serves and step into the unfiltered power of your truth. Your glow-up isn’t just external—it’s written in your soul.

Walking this path with me are my fur babies—Carmelo, my wise messenger and Jett Ski, my fearless protector. They remind me that intuition is everything, shadows hold wisdom and play is just as sacred as stillness. Together, we walk the edge between mystery and magic—where transformation is not just possible, it's inevitable.

I own Casa Mariposa, a magical Transformation Portal Sanctuary and sacred space for deep healing, renewal and self-discovery. Nestled in the magical jungle of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica - it invites you to shed old layers, embrace your power and emerge reborn.

I am the founder of The Free Woman Project, a nonprofit dedicated to the self-empowerment of Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color who are survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, incest, grief, and PTSD. Through holistic healing, education and services, we help women and girls reclaim their power, rewrite their stories and step into their full radiance. I also hold space for BIPOC female first responders—those who’ve spent their lives protecting others and now need a place to heal, breathe and be seen.
