This 45-minute session is for Black and BIPOC women and men in transition—whether you’re navigating burnout, spiritual disconnection, or a life shift you can’t quite name.
We move gently, guided by your spirit and mine.

Expect intuitive support, grounding tools, and ancestral alignment.
This is for you if you’re ready to return to yourself.

• Spiritual guidance + energy reading
• Nervous system support (*AcuDetox, *ear seeds, **reiki)
• Ritual suggestions + ancestral wisdom
• Breathwork, journaling, or body-based release (as guided)
